Refund policy

This policy explains what happens to your deposit if you change or cancel your tour, and what we do if the weather doesn't allow us to go out.

Deposit

To secure your tour, you pay a deposit of $500 MXN per booking, using Mercado Pago, Stripe, or via WhatsApp.
The balance is paid on-site on the day of the tour.
The deposit is non-refundable.

Date changes

If you need to change the date of your tour, please message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll find another available date.

Weather and safety

If the weather does not allow for safe navigation (thunderstorm or strong winds), we will suspend the outing and reschedule your tour at no cost. We will decide in the morning and notify you via WhatsApp.
